Minister Boro Vucinic attended the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation in Vienna on 1 June.
The Forum for Security Co-operation, which meets in Vienna, provides a framework for dialogue between the OSCE participating States on military conduct, and on confidence- and security-building measures.

Chief of Staff of the General Staff of the Army of Montenegro, Lieutenant Zoran Lazarevic attended Land Commanders Conference 2011 in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, from 16 to 18 May. The conference was attended by commanders of land forces from 28 NATO and seven partner countries.

Minister Vucinic pointed out during the meeting that cooperation with Israel is very important for Montenegro, and informed his guest about the activities of Montenegro to meet its strategic objectives - European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Defence with representatives of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Albania on Sharing experiences on implementation of the Annual National Programme (ANP).
Representatives of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Albania Lieutenant Colonel Isuf Karaj and Lieutenant Colonel Kanan Himaj met with the officials of the Ministry of Defence, Directorate for the Protection of Classified Information and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.

Montenegrin Minister of Defence Boro Vucinic received newly appointed Montenegrin defence attaché (DA) to Slovenia, CPT Branislav Keković.
Minister Vucinic during the talks said that this is an important position at this stage of the integration process, because Slovenia, as a NATO CPE, is of extraordinary importance to Montenegro.

On that occasion guests from Norway were informed about the achievements of Montenegro on its path towards full membership in NATO, on its Strategic Review of Defence and the organisation and structure of the MoD and the Army of Montenegro.
